Arizona parole office phone numbers are organized by region, with the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) running more than a dozen regional offices across the state. Which office handles a case depends on where the person under supervision lives. If you aren’t sure which office that is, the Community Reentry general line at (602) 771-5500 will route you to the right place.1Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry. Phoenix Metro Area
The Phoenix area is split among four regional offices rather than served by a single hub. The right one depends on the supervised person’s address inside Maricopa County.
- South Mountain Parole Office: (602) 771-5505
- Western Regional Parole Office: (602) 771-5535
- Black Canyon Regional Parole Office: (623) 474-1500
- Mesa Regional Parole Office: (480) 464-1712
When in doubt, start with the Community Reentry line above.1Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry. Community Reentry
Tucson and Southern Arizona
Southern Arizona supervision covers a wide stretch of the border region and the southeastern corner of the state.
- Tucson Regional Parole Office: (520) 664-2893
- Cochise Parole Office (Douglas): (520) 805-5993
- Yuma Regional Parole Office: (928) 627-6826
- Safford Regional Parole Office: (928) 428-4698
- Pinal Regional Parole Office (Florence): (520) 918-1648
The old Bisbee office number that still appears in some online directories is no longer accurate. The Cochise office in Douglas now handles that part of the southeastern border.2AZ Direct. DC – Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, Department of
Northern and Western Arizona
Four offices cover the northern half of the state and the western corridor.
- Flagstaff Parole Office: (928) 214-3461
- Kingman Parole Office: (928) 718-2030
- Prescott Valley Parole Office: (928) 277-2785
- Snowflake Parole Office: (928) 536-7858
These replace several outdated numbers for the Flagstaff and Kingman offices that still circulate online.2AZ Direct. DC – Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, Department of
Statewide and Administrative Numbers
Some questions don’t belong at a regional office. Two statewide numbers handle administrative and parole-decision matters.
- ADCRR Central Office (Phoenix): (602) 542-5497. Use this for general department business, formal records requests, and administrative issues a regional office cannot resolve.2AZ Direct. DC – Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, Department of
- Board of Executive Clemency: (602) 542-5656. This is the independent board that makes parole decisions, sets conditions, and handles discharge. Call here for parole hearings, eligibility questions, or clemency petitions, not the regional office.3Arizona Board of Executive Clemency. Arizona Board of Executive Clemency
All offices run on standard weekday business hours. For an urgent public-safety concern or a serious parole violation after hours, call the ADCRR Central Office line and follow the emergency prompts, or contact local law enforcement directly. Routine appointment and reporting questions should wait for business hours.
What to Have Ready Before You Call
Parole staff work from large caseloads, and the person who answers the phone needs specific identifiers to pull the right file. Without them, expect to be transferred or asked to call back.
The most useful item is the ADCRR inmate identification number assigned at intake. If you don’t have it, the department’s online Inmate Data Search tool at inmatedatasearch.azcorrections.gov lets you look it up by last name.4Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry. Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry Also have ready:
- The full legal name as it appears on court records, not a nickname.
- Date of birth, which separates people with common names.
- A clear reason for the call. Staff route differently depending on whether you’re scheduling a check-in, reporting a change of address, or asking about supervision conditions.
If the person under supervision is heading to an in-person office visit, they should bring what their officer is likely to ask for: proof of current residence such as a lease or utility bill, recent pay stubs or other proof of employment, and receipts for any court-ordered restitution or supervision fees already paid.
One scope note worth stating plainly. Regional parole offices don’t decide release dates or hearing outcomes. Questions about a specific person’s eligibility date, upcoming hearing, or conditions of release go to the Board of Executive Clemency at (602) 542-5656.
