The Arkansas CLE login lives on the Arkansas Judiciary website at arcourts.gov under the Online Services section. Sign in with your Arkansas Bar ID number as your username and the password you created when you first registered your profile. The portal, run by the Arkansas Supreme Court Office of Professional Programs, is the only authorized place to view your official CLE transcript, confirm that submitted hours have posted, and certify annual compliance by the July 31 deadline.
How to Reach the Portal
Open the Arkansas Courts homepage and look for the attorney login link under Online Services. That link takes you to your personal CLE profile. The portal is maintained by the Office of Professional Programs at 2100 Riverfront Drive, Suite 110, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. No other site is an official substitute, so avoid third-party pages that claim to let you check your Arkansas CLE status.
Signing In for the First Time
Your username is your Arkansas Bar ID number. If you have never logged in before, use the new-user registration steps on the login page to set your password. Keep that password somewhere you can retrieve it, because the portal is also where you certify compliance each year, not just a place to look up hours.
When you enter your Bar ID, type it exactly as assigned. Extra spaces or leading zeros that don’t belong will fail the login even when the number looks right to you.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
Click the “Reset your password” link on the login screen. The system emails a recovery link to the address the Supreme Court has on file for you. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
If the email never shows up, the address on file is probably out of date. That is the single most common reason attorneys get stuck at login. Call the Office of Professional Programs at 501-374-1855 to update your email and unlock the account. The same number handles unrecognized Bar IDs and other issues the self-service reset can’t fix.
What to Do Once You’re Logged In
Open your transcript first. The portal shows which hours have posted to your current reporting period and displays your real-time compliance status against the 12-hour annual requirement, including the ethics hour.1Justia Law. In Re Amendments to the Arkansas Rules for Minimum Continuing Legal Education Arkansas is a self-reporting jurisdiction, so credits only appear after you (or the sponsor) send certificates of attendance to the Office of Professional Programs by email at clearkansas@arcourts.gov or by mail to the Little Rock address. Attending a course does not post it. Logging in and verifying does.
If an hour you submitted is not showing, give it a few weeks, then call 501-374-1855 so staff can trace the submission and correct the record. Don’t wait until late July to find out something is missing.
Certifying Compliance Before July 31
The reporting year runs from July 1 through June 30, and all 12 hours must be completed by June 30. You then have until July 31 to log in and certify that you’ve met the requirement.1Justia Law. In Re Amendments to the Arkansas Rules for Minimum Continuing Legal Education Certification happens inside the portal, so a login problem in late July is a compliance problem. If you can’t get in, call the Office of Professional Programs the same day rather than waiting on an email reply.
If you fall short, the Office of Professional Programs sends a Notice of Deficiency with an acknowledgment form, and there is a defined cure window with a deficiency fee. The portal is still where you track whether your make-up hours have posted during that window.
When to Call Instead of Clicking
Use the self-service reset for a forgotten password. Call 501-374-1855 for anything else: a Bar ID the system doesn’t recognize, a locked account, a missing recovery email, hours that never posted, or a certification screen that won’t advance. The office can see your account from their side and fix issues that the public-facing portal can’t.
