Arkansas State Taxes: Deadlines, Extensions, and Penalties

Arkansas state tax deadlines center on April 15 for individual income tax returns, but the state runs on a calendar of its own for estimated payments, franchise tax, sales tax, and property tax, each with distinct due dates and penalties. For the 2025 tax year, individual income tax returns are due April 15, 2026.1Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
