The Florida Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Network runs free in-person and virtual classes across all 67 Florida counties, led by trained cessation specialists.3USF Health. Who Qualifies
You need to be 18 or older, a current tobacco user, and a Florida resident. What Actually Arrives

If You Vape
Quit Your Way isn’t limited to cigarette smokers. Adults 18 and older who use e-cigarettes, vape pens, or any other nicotine product enroll through the same Phone, Web, or Group pathways and get the same free supply. The program treats nicotine dependence regardless of how you were taking in the nicotine.
Teens between 13 and 17 who want to quit vaping have a separate resource called Live Vape Free, a text-based program with interactive content, coaching, and daily messages. If You’re Pregnant
The program doesn’t automatically exclude pregnant women, but the decision to use any form of nicotine replacement during pregnancy is left to your obstetrician or midwife.8Florida Department of Health. Free Patches Through Your Insurance
If you’d rather not use the state program, or you need more than four weeks, your health plan may already cover patches at no cost.
