Can You Go to the PA Unemployment Office In Person?

You cannot walk into a Pennsylvania unemployment office in person without an appointment. The state does not run public-facing unemployment offices for drop-in service. If you want face-to-face help with a UC claim, Pennsylvania offers it through a program called UC Connect, which places unemployment representatives at PA CareerLink locations by appointment only.1Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If You’re Looking For In-Person Help Because of a Deadline

If you got a denial notice and you’re hoping to walk into an office to fix it, pay attention to the date on the notice. You have 21 calendar days from the determination date to file an appeal with a UC Referee. If the 21st day lands on a weekend or state holiday, you get until the next business day.10Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
