The One-Ounce Recreational Cap and What It Equals

- Up to 28 grams of flower
- Up to 8 grams of concentrate (wax, shatter, live resin)
- Edibles containing up to 800 milligrams of THC
You can mix product types as long as the total stays at or below one ounce equivalent. Buying as an Out-of-State Visitor
Visitors can walk into a licensed recreational dispensary and buy up to the same one-ounce equivalent that residents can. Two limits catch visitors off guard. Colorado does not recognize out-of-state medical cards, so visitors are limited to the recreational market regardless of their medical status back home. What You Actually Pay
The shelf price is not the final price.
