Clearing an Unpaid Toll Block

Contact the toll authority that flagged you. In the Dallas–Fort Worth area, that is usually the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) at 972-818-6882. Clearing an Emissions Inspection Block
Texas ended mandatory safety inspections for non-commercial vehicles on January 1, 2025, but emissions inspections are still required in 17 designated counties, with Bexar County joining on November 1, 2026.10Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
