Where the Criminal Case Stands
At the July 24, 2025 preliminary hearing, prosecutors presented the toxicology findings, the DNA results from the two drug bags, text messages from Harrington’s phone, and testimony from Detective Phillip Sipple, who told the court that witnesses said Willis had previously provided cocaine to the victims, including on the night of the watch party. The court also viewed a recorded video interview in which Willis claimed the three men had left his home and he was unaware they died in his backyard.1USA Today.
