What Prosecutors Allege
According to the federal complaint, Rodriguez billed Medicaid for medication management services between January 2022 and August 2025 that were never performed. Prosecutors also allege that during parts of the billing period she was working full-time for another employer and could not have been providing the services she claimed. The Move to Florida and Her Firing From a School District
Rodriguez previously lived in Newington, Connecticut, and relocated to Lehigh Acres, Florida, in November 2024. The FBI complaint alleges she kept submitting Connecticut Medicaid claims after the move. In January 2026 she was hired as an Assistant Director of Payroll for the School District of Lee County.
