Phone Calls and Video Visits
All inmate communication runs through NCIC. If you have used GTL or another provider at a different facility, that account will not work here. Create an account at ncic.com or in the NCIC mobile app, add funds, and register your phone number so the inmate can reach you.2NCIC. NCIC – Inmate Phone, Messaging and Video Visits
Inmates place all outgoing calls themselves from phones in their housing units. When a call comes in, an automated prompt asks you to accept and tells you the call is recorded and monitored. If your number is not registered or your balance is empty, the call will not connect.
Domestic calls run $0.06 per minute. Remote video visits, which you schedule in advance through your NCIC account, run $0.11 per minute.3Oklahoma County Detention Center.
