PA Cyber Internet Reimbursement Form: Filing, Deadlines, and Payment

The PA Cyber internet reimbursement form is a half-page request that Insight PA Cyber Charter School families complete each semester to receive $50 per month toward home internet, paid as a single check per household twice a year. You fill in the form, attach a copy of a recent internet bill, and submit both through ParentSquare before the semester deadline.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Before You Start: Eligibility Checks

At least one student in your household must be actively enrolled at Insight PA Cyber Charter School, and the student has to still be enrolled on the date the check is issued, not only when you submit. Your family also needs to be in good standing on all school requirements.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Several specific items will put a hold on your check:

  • An unverified mailing address. The school asks families to confirm the address before checks go out.
  • Incomplete enrollment paperwork, including revised forms needed after a move.
  • Unreturned equipment or curriculum materials, including items from a previously enrolled child.
  • Missing or incomplete student health documentation.
  • Outstanding obligations tied to a graduating student’s account.

If a student withdrew mid-year, the family is not eligible. The one exception: a student who completed the current school year but is not re-enrolling for the next year can still receive that final semester’s payment, such as the July check covering January through June.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Filling Out the Form

The form is short. Work through it field by field:

  • Parent or guardian name and the date you are submitting. Enter the name exactly as it should appear on the check. This is the account holder or legal guardian, not the student.
  • Student name and student ID for each enrolled child in the household. The ID is on your enrollment paperwork, or the school can provide it.
  • Mailing address where the check should be sent. The form has a separate line for a new address if you recently moved.
  • Primary phone number in case the school needs to follow up.
  • Internet service provider name, such as Comcast, Verizon, or T-Mobile.
  • Months requested. Circle each month in the semester you are claiming.

These fields let the school match your submission to its enrollment records and send the check to the right person at the right address.3DocHub. Pa Cyber Internet Reimbursement Form

The Bill You Attach

Include a copy of your internet bill showing your name, service address, billing period, and costs. One recent bill is enough; you do not need a separate bill for each month you are claiming.3DocHub. Pa Cyber Internet Reimbursement Form

Because the reimbursement is a flat $50 per month regardless of what you pay, you do not need to separate internet charges from a bundled cable or phone package. The bill is proof of active service at the household on file.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Submitting Through ParentSquare

For the 2025–2026 school year, the reimbursement runs through ParentSquare, the school’s family communication platform. Watch your email for the reimbursement request, or log into ParentSquare directly, and upload your completed form and bill there.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Deadlines for 2025–2026 Semester Two

Reimbursements are processed by semester, not month by month. Semester One covers August through December. Semester Two covers January through June.

For Semester Two of 2025–2026, the submission window opens Friday, May 1, 2026. Submissions received by Monday, June 1, 2026 will be paid by Friday, July 31, 2026. Submissions received between June 2 and June 18 may not be paid until August. Nothing is accepted after Thursday, June 18, 2026.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Semester One deadlines are published each year on ParentSquare and the Insight PA website. Missing a deadline means losing that semester’s reimbursement; there is no late or retroactive option once the window closes.

When the Check Arrives

Payment is a physical check mailed to the address on file. School policy sets payouts for January (fall semester) and July (spring semester), with exact timing tied to when you submit.2BoardDocs. Student/Family Internet Service Provider Reimbursement Policy

At $50 per month, a full Semester One payout is $250 (five months) and a full Semester Two payout is $300 (six months), for up to $550 across the year. Partial-year families receive a pro-rated amount.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Before the check is cut, the school asks you to verify your mailing address. Nothing goes out until you respond, so watch ParentSquare and your email for that request and reply promptly.1Insight PA Cyber Charter School. Internet Reimbursement

Why Checks Get Held

Most problems are compliance holds rather than form errors. Unreturned laptops and unverified addresses are the most common triggers. If your check is on hold, contact the school to find out which item is flagged and clear it before the payment deadline.

On the form itself, the frequent snag is a mismatch between the name or address on your internet bill and what the school has in its enrollment records. If you recently moved, or if the internet account is in a different household member’s name, make the connection to the enrolled student explicit on the form. Submitting late or forgetting the bill attachment results in a rejected claim with no chance to resubmit for that semester.
