Note that approval is not guaranteed. Rules On-Site
Permitted shoots must not block public entrances, walkways, or access to administrative offices. City Hall is a working government building, and public access to city services takes priority. Stay within the time and location on your permit; spilling into restricted areas or overlapping with another permitted event is the fastest way to get shut down.
Drone use is separate. Holiday Moratorium
The Film Office observes an annual holiday moratorium.
