What to Have Ready Before You Call
Calls move faster when your documents are already in front of you. For anything about your driver’s license or ID, pull out your Pennsylvania license and locate the eight-digit number on the front. The representative will ask you to verify personal details like your date of birth and address before opening your record.
For vehicle questions, have your Vehicle Identification Number ready. The VIN is a 17-character code on the dashboard near the windshield on the driver’s side, or on a label inside the driver-side door jamb. Driver License and Photo Centers
Pennsylvania has 76 Driver License Centers and 103 Photo License Centers.8Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
