Adults can take it unproctored.11Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services. Online Knowledge Testing

How Long the Permit Lasts

An Oregon instruction permit is valid for two years from the date it’s issued. If you haven’t moved up to a provisional or full license in that window, you can renew the permit for $26. A lost or damaged permit costs $30 to replace, the same as the original. REAL ID holders pay the $30 REAL ID surcharge on renewals and replacements too.14Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services.
