Where to Cash PA Scratch-Off Tickets by Prize Amount

You can cash a Pennsylvania scratch-off ticket at any authorized PA Lottery retailer for prizes up to $2,500. Anything above that is paid by the Lottery itself, either by mail or in person at one of seven area offices around the state. A small set of top-tier scratch-off prizes must be claimed at Lottery Headquarters in Middletown.

Prizes Up to $2,500: Any Lottery Retailer

Retailers are expected to pay scratch-off prizes up to and including $2,500, and they can do it with cash, a check, or a money order.1PA Lottery.
