Mail your Maryland state tax return to one of two Annapolis addresses, and the choice depends only on whether you’re enclosing a payment. If you owe and are sending a check or money order, mail it to Comptroller of Maryland, Payment Processing, PO Box 8888, Annapolis, MD 21401-8888. If you don’t owe anything or you’re due a refund, send the return to Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division, 110 Carroll Street, Annapolis, MD 21411-0001. The same split applies whether you’re a resident filing Form 502 or a non-resident filing Form 505.
