The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is owned by Westgate Resorts, a subsidiary of Central Florida Investments, Inc. (CFI), a privately held company founded by the late David Siegel. Westgate took title on June 30, 2014, through its entity Westgate LVH, LLC, which bought 100 percent of the membership interests in 3000 Paradise Road, LLC.1PR Newswire. How Westgate Acquired the Property in 2014
Before Westgate stepped in, the resort had moved through a foreclosure. A joint venture between Gramercy Capital Corp. and Goldman Sachs Mortgage Co. LLC took the property at an October 31, 2012 foreclosure auction after Colony Resorts LVH Acquisitions LLC defaulted on a mortgage balance of roughly $309.6 million.2Vegas Inc. Central Florida Investments, the Parent Company
Westgate Resorts operates as a subsidiary of Central Florida Investments, Inc. The company describes CFI as the largest privately held timeshare resort club in the world, with more than 60 properties across major vacation destinations.4Westgate Resorts. About Us – Westgate Resorts CFI’s holdings extend beyond timeshares into hotels, casinos, restaurants, water parks, travel services, sports betting, insurance, and citrus and land operations.5Westgate Resorts. Because CFI is privately held, its financial details are not subject to the public reporting requirements that apply to publicly traded casino operators. There is little outside visibility into the Las Vegas property’s revenue, debt, or capital plans. The structure does give the resort access to CFI’s broader capital reserves.
Leadership After David Siegel

Who Runs the Casino and SuperBook
Owning the resort and running the gaming floor are not the same thing in Nevada. Paragon Gaming holds the Nevada Gaming Commission license to operate the casino at the Westgate property, and it also entered into a Resort Management Agreement to manage the broader resort on behalf of Westgate Resorts.9Paragon Gaming. The sportsbook side is changing. In 2026, Westgate announced a partnership with Caesars Entertainment under which Caesars Sportsbook will operate the SuperBook, pending Nevada Gaming Commission approval. The venue will run as the “Westgate SuperBook, powered by Caesars Sportsbook,” with Caesars overseeing race and sportsbook operations and technology. The Westgate Las Vegas SuperContest, a long-running football handicapping competition, will remain part of the SuperBook.10Caesars Entertainment. So the short answer has layers. Westgate Resorts, through CFI, owns the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Paragon Gaming operates the casino under its Nevada license, and Caesars is set to run the SuperBook once regulators sign off.
